Albert Einstein was a German-born on 14 March 1879 in Germany and died on 18 April 1955 in the United States.  Einstein was a physicist who developed the special and general theories of relativity and won the Nobel prize for physics in 1921 for explaining the photoelectric effect. He is best known for is the world's famous equation E = mc^2, mass-energy equivalence. He is considered to be the most influential physicist of the 20th century.
